If more dramatic changes are needed such as changes in spacing or shape of teeth
than a ceramic veneer may be the right option. It is a conservative restoration
which is cemented onto the front surface of the tooth. It is also referred to as
a laminate. This type of restoration has a limited lifespan as it is known to
fracture off the face of the tooth if an undude stress is exerted. If long term
restorations are a priority then ceramic crowns are the best choice.
